October 13, 2015                                Quick note on our current investment views

DJIA 17,132

S&P 500 2017

Some of our current investing themes: Potential bond crash based on liquidity (buyers may exit and no one to sell to), quality & potentially increasing rates, We typically are buying or holding companies with strong financial strength, high Return on Assets (ROA’s), and/or low Price to Book Values (P/B), low Price to Earnings Ratios (P/E’s), low Price to Cash Flow (P/CF), Low Price to Earnings Growth ratios (PEG’s).

With all that, time and patience is always necessary in value investing.
